We want you to love what you ordered and feel confident shopping with us — whether you found us at a quilt show or online. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

✂️ Custom Cut-to-Order Fabric

Because all fabric is cut specifically for your order, cut fabric is final sale.

We kindly ask that you double-check yardage and selection before purchasing.

Please note: Fabric color can vary due to dye lots, quilt show lighting, and screen settings. While we do our best to represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee exact color match.

🪡 Custom & Personalized Items

Custom embroidery items are created especially for you and are final sale.

If we make an error on your personalized item, please contact us right away and we will absolutely make it right.

 

🧷 Pre-Cut Fabrics, Notions & Ready-Made Merchandise

We accept returns on unused, unopened notions and ready-made merchandise within 14 days of fulfilment (after delivery on web purchases & after purchase date on show purchases)

Items must be in original packaging and in new condition. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

📦 Shipping Concerns

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at klarascorner@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and item so we can help quickly.
